Upscribe users can access the Customer Portal as specific consumers. This lets you see exactly what your customers see, including any customizations that impact their experience. It's a powerful tool for testing changes made to the Customer Portal.

How to Access Customer Portal as a Specific Consumer

1. Log in to Upscribe through your Shopify Store

2. Head to the Customers section in Upscribe, then search and select the specific customer

3. Click "Log In" to be redirected to the Customer Portal
