How to Update a Shipping Address for a Subscriber

1. Open the Upscribe App and click the Customers option in the main menu:

2. Search and select the specific Customer: 

3. Click Details on the specific subscription to enter that customer's profile:

4. On the subscription details page, scroll down until you see the Shipping Address section. Click the Edit button and the Update Address form will appear. Make the desired changes and click Submit. A phone number is required to save a shipping address.
