Admin Actions Available For Subscriptions
When viewing customer details, merchants can make changes to the overall subscriptions as follows accessing the Quick Action menu or managing individual details on the page.
Quick Action menu:
The buttons and related functions are:
- Charge Now - Use to create upcoming shipment now instead of at the planned date
- Cancel - Use to open the Cancel Account workflow.
- Pause - Use if the customer wants to put the subscription on hold
- Skip - Use when wanting to skip the upcoming shipment
- Change Shipping Frequency - Use to adjust how often the subscription is shipped/billed to the customer.
- Change Next Charge Date - Use to update when the next charge will process.
If the subscription is canceled or inactive, the only action available will be Re-activate

The buttons and related functions are:
- Quantity - Use to adjust the amount of product in a specific subscription
- Shipping Interval - Use to adjust how often the subscription is shipped/billed to the customer.
- Products - Use to manage the products in the subscriptions.
- Next Charge Date - Use to update when the next charge will process.
- Swap Arrows - Use to swap the product in the subscription with another.
