Cancelling a Customers Subscription
To cancel a subscription, start by viewing the customer's subscription within the Upscribe app in Shopify. Review the subscription details to ensure you are cancelling the correct subscription.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Actions section.
Click the red Cancel button. The cancellation reasons added in admin will appear. The Cancel Subscription button becomes active when a cancellation reason is selected.
You will see a success notification appear briefly in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The customer will receive an email notifying them that the subscription has been cancelled.
Notice the Actions section now only has an Activate button, in case that action is needed in the future.
