How to update subscriber billing information

Billing or payment information is managed through Shopify but Upscribe offers a simple way to initiate the process. 

For Merchants

Log in to your Upscribe app in Shopify and navigate to the subscription details page of the customer you want to help. Scroll down to the payment method section and click the Send Email button. Shopify will send a secure link to the email address associated with the account for the user to update the payment information. 


For Subscribers

Log in to the customer portal and view the subscription details page. Scroll to the Payment Method section and click update. From there Shopify will send a secure link to the email address associated with the account for the user to update their payment information.
