How do I contact Upscribe support?
Upscribe support is available by email only at this time. Our support hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.
You can email questions to email@example.com and we will respond within 24 business hours. There is also a chat icon at the bottom right corner of the app screen. Click on that to open a window where you can enter your questions to generate an email to our support team.
Also, you can click on Answers and search for articles in our Knowledge Base.
