Setting Up SMS Notification in Upscribe

To get set up with SMS notifications for subscription updates and management follow the steps below. 

1. Open the Upscribe app in Shopify and go to Settings then Notifications.

2. Choose SMS

3. To set up SMS in Upscribe, you’ll need a Twilio account. 

The signup is easy and there’s a free 45-day trial. Once that is over, pricing for SMS starts at $0.0075 to send or receive a message.

4. You’ll need the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio phone number in Twilio. These are highlighted below. 

5. Enter your Twilio information, select enable and click save. 

6. SMS templates will now be available. They can be enabled and edited as needed.
