How to Add, Remove, or Swap Products from a Subscription Plan

You can add, remove, or swap products from any existing subscription plans. Adding products can be done through the Products or Subscriptions sections. Removing products from a subscription plan can only be done through Subscriptions. 

Products

Add or Swap a Single Product

1. Once you've selected the Products tab in the app header, navigate to the "All Products" tab. 

Products that are not in any subscription plan will be at the top. You can use the search field to find a specific product, as well.

2. On the row of the product you want to add or swap, click on "Select Plan" in the Subscription Plan column.

3. Use the drop down menu to select the subscription plan for this product.

You can find plans by scrolling through the list or using the search field. 

4. Click "Yes" to confirm you want to add or swap the subscription plan for the product. 

A success message will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and the product will move lower on the list to join the other products with subscription plans. 

Add or Swap Multiple Products

If you need to add or swap multiple products onto a subscription plan, we can easily manage that within the Products tables. Swapping products can be done on the Products Added to Subscription tab or the All Products tab. Adding a product that is not already in a subscription must be done on the All Products tab.

1. Use the checkboxes in the left column to choose the products to be added or swapped.

2. Use the "Add Products to Subscription" drop down in the top right corner to select a subscription plan.

You can scroll to find the plan or use the search field. 

3. Click "Yes" to confirm you want to add or swap the subscription plans for the product.

Removing Products

We're easily able to remove products from subscription plans while on the Products Added to Subscriptions tab. 

1. Use the checkboxes in the left column to select the products to remove.

Notice that the Clear Subscription button becomes active when products are selected. 

2. Select the Clear Subscription button and confirm you want to remove the product or products.

Subscriptions

1. Go to Subscriptions.

2. Locate the plan in the list and select Edit.

3. Scroll to the bottom to find products.

Add Products to a Subscription Plan

1. Use the Add More Products tab.

Use the Search Products field to find the product you want to add if necessary. 

2. Select the checkbox in the left column of the product you want to add.

3. Select the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

A green success message will appear after selecting Save. The product will show as selected in the Add More Product tab and the Active Products tab immediately, but the change will not be in effect until the Save button is selected before leaving the page. 

Remove Products from a Subscription Plan

1. Use the Active Products tab

If necessary, use the Search products field to find the product you want to remove.

2. Select the checkbox in the left column of the product you want to remove.

3. Select the Save button at the bottom of the page.
